Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (DOE & Education)

We are seeking a talented Account Manager / Project Manager to join our product development team. Position Summary:

The Account/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full product development lifecycle for assigned clients, managing timelines, sourcing materials, and ensuring project goals are met. This role also involves identifying sales growth opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and suppliers. A sharp eye for product potential and market trends will be essential in helping clients refine and elevate their product assortments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with clients on product concepts and requirements
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
  • Source raw materials and finished goods
  • Create cost and pricing structures for products
  • Coordinate with factories to ensure product integrity and timely production
  • Work closely with the Production Manager and team to ensure smooth production execution
  • Partner with the President on product strategy, development direction, and execution
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand accounts or grow client portfolios
  • Ensure all product developments meet or exceed client expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant office or project management experience
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and timelines
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using platforms like Faire.com is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with a positive, collaborative attitude
